These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the purchase of products from Pamabela (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in euros (€).
As a small business under §19 UStG (German VAT Act), no VAT is charged.

Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

2. HANDMADE PRODUCTS 
All pieces are handmade to order. Slight variations in color, shape, or size are normal and make each piece unique.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING 
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days unless stated otherwise.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information.

4. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES 
For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have the right to return your order within 14 days as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from this right unless they are faulty.

6. LIABILITY
Pamabela is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We are also not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Pamabela and cannot be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. GOVERNING LAW 
These terms are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of Darmstadt, Germany.
