Are the accessories waterproof?
Our necklaces are made with stainless steel, which is water-resistant and durable for everyday wear (like light splashes or washing your hands). However, to maintain their shine and extend their lifespan, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, especially swimming in pools or the sea. Also, remove your jewelry before exercising or sleeping to prevent unnecessary wear.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Each piece is handmade to order, so it takes 1–4 business days to carefully prepare your order before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to several countries. Please check our Shipping Policy for details on delivery times and costs.
Can I return or exchange an accessory?
We accept returns of non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Can I customize a necklace?
Yes! We have a dedicated Custom section, where you can create your own unique piece by choosing charms, cords, and chains. Explore our customizable designs to make a necklace that truly tells your story.
Will my Only Yours necklace be completely unique?
Each Only Yours necklace is made to order, using the charms and the chain or cord you choose. That’s why every piece carries personal value and reflects your story or style.
While it's possible that someone else might choose a similar combination (especially if they select the same elements), yours is unique because you created it.
At Pamabela, we don’t replicate designs made by our customers, and we don’t sell pre-made models with the same combination.
Can I modify my Only Yours necklace after purchasing it?
Before we ship your necklace, we’ll email you a photo of your final design. That’s the perfect time to request small changes, if needed.
You’ll have up to 2 business days to confirm or request any modification.
Please note: charms, cords, and chains vary in price and availability — so some changes may involve an additional cost or may not be possible at that time.
Each piece is carefully handmade based on your original selection, so it’s important to finalize all details before we proceed with shipping.
Can I combine discount codes and promotions?
Discount codes, promotions, and free shipping benefits cannot be combined. Only the highest value promotion for the customer will be applied per order.
Example: if you use the 10% welcome discount for joining our mailing list, you cannot combine it with free shipping on orders over €70 (EU) or €120 (international).
