Shipping policy

This summer, shipping to Germany is on us. From June 21st to September 22nd, all orders within Germany ship for free with no minimum purchase required. Because the only thing you should be thinking about is what you want to order. 🌸

Pamabela (“we”, “us”, “our”) ships from Germany to selected countries. This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery times, and any customs responsibilities.
1. Shipping Origin
Orders are normally shipped from our studio in Darmstadt, Germany.
In some cases, we may ship from a different location to ensure faster delivery or better availability. This will not affect shipping costs or delivery times within the EU.
2. Processing Time
Each piece is handmade to order, so we take 1–3 business days to carefully prepare your order before shipping.
We create on demand to avoid overproduction, ensure the best quality, and minimize waste.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed on Saturdays (after 12 PM), Sundays, or German public holidays will be prepared on the next business day.
- No shipping is done on weekends or public holidays.
If there are temporary delays due to holidays or studio breaks (e.g. travel), updated information will always be visible in a banner at the top of the website.
After your order is ready, it will be handed over to the carrier and you will receive a tracking number (if applicable).
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after the order is shipped:
- Germany → 2–4 business days
- European Union (EU) → 4–8 business days
- International (outside EU) → 10–20 business days
Please note: these are estimates provided by the carriers. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to customs or local postal services.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount (see current promotions).
Discounts & Promotions
Discount codes, promotions, and free shipping benefits cannot be combined. Only the highest value promotion for the customer will be applied per order.
Example: if you use the 10% welcome discount for joining our mailing list, you cannot combine it with free shipping on orders over €70 (EU) or €120 (international).
5. Shipping Zones
✅ Within the European Union
- No customs fees or import taxes apply for standard EU countries.
⚠ Special territories
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, Madeira, and French overseas territories may have customs charges.
🌍 Outside the European Union
- Orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. UK, Switzerland, USA, Canada, etc.) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country.
- These costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
6. Customs and Import Taxes
Pamabela is not responsible for delays caused by customs or any additional fees charged by the destination country. We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an order.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable).
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
- If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at hello@pamabela.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will replace it or issue a refund.
- If the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address, Pamabela is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
- For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for added security.
9. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We cannot refund or replace items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
